Software Requirements
Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater w/ the Flash
6 Player- The Performance Toolkit is an interactive
training simulation that takes advantage of the free Flash
plugin from Macromedia along with other features that the Internet Explorer
(version 5.5 and up) browser contains. If you have a recent version of Internet
Explorer, Flash will ALREADY be pre-installed on your computer.
Microsoft Excel -
The tools within the Performance Toolkit are viewable and downloadable in
Excel format. Please make sure you have Excel installed so that you can
access these features.
System Requirements
1.0 GHz Processor w/ 256 MB RAM or greater
- The Performance Toolkit is a very dynamic, engaging, and animated style
based software program. To be assured that the interactive features will
run efficiently, we recommend these minimal hardware requirements for a
quality training experience.
Screen Resolution -
The Performance Toolkit requires you to configure your monitor to 32-bit
color (minimum of 16-bit color) at 1024 x 768 resolution. Settings vary
depending on the system you are using. Without a minimum of 1024 x 768 resolution,
the Performance Toolkit will not display properly and features will be disabled.
Audio Capabilities - The application makes use of audio including Voice
Over, Sound F/X, and Ambience. Please assure your speakers are turned on
before launching the Performance Toolkit.
Network Bandwidth
DSL or Cable Modem for broadband download speed
- With the number of interactive features available in the Performance Toolkit
like (voice over, animated presentations, audio integration, downloadable
documents), broadband is highly recommended for accessing and using these
components.
